Case Study 1 - Acme DIY
Acme DIY needed to make sure that their next day deliveries were convenient. A mixture of outbound InteractiveTXT and outbound VoiceForms helped them to reach all customers with a friendly reminder of the delivery. If the time slot was inconvenient or the delivery not wanted all the customer had to do was press a few keys on their telephone keypad and it was sorted. Contact rates of 88% were achieved.
